Under-eye Light Filler
Prof. Dr. Orhan Görgülü1 minute read
Under-eye filler is used for the hollow under the eye, for reducing the darkness around the eye, and for opening out the lines there.
Under-eye filler is also called light filler. Alongside hyaluronic acid it contains added amino acids, which are said to repair and to regulate the skin under the eye.
What it treats
- The grooves between the cheek and the under-eye area
- Hollowing
- Bags in the lower eyelid
- Dark circles under the eye
Hyaluronic acid fillers are preferred. In light filler the hyaluronic acid works together with vitamins, minerals and antioxidant ingredients.
The procedure
Under-eye light filler is applied with fine needles or fine cannulas, and it takes about 15 minutes.
The result can be seen straight after the filler is placed. Redness and bruising are almost never seen, so you return to daily life easily.
It can be done in one session, and depending on the state of the patient it is sometimes given in more than one.
